A Giclée (zhee-CLAY) print is an
individually produced, high-resolution, high-fidelity
reproduction done on a special large format printer. Giclées can
be printed on several types of media, from archival canvas to
watercolor paper to transparent acetates. Using inkjet
technology but with far more sophisticated technology than your
desktop printer, the inks are light-fast and the image produced
of such high-resolution that they are virtually continuous tone,
rather than composed of tiny dots.
You may order a giclée in just about any size you want,
in proportion to the original shape. For price estimates, please
